Ocean Inspired Brunch at Roosterfish Beach Club

Inspired by World Ocean Day, which this year fell on the 8th June, Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa’s beachfront restaurant – Roosterfish Beach Club, reeled-in guests for an eco-conscious celebration, which took place on the 9th June 2024. The World Ocean Day celebration explored the ocean’s essential role to our everyday lives and the importance of nurturing vital marine ecosystems.

Roosterfish Beach Club collaborated with PT. Agung Aquatic Marine for a comprehensive coral information sharing session. Full of new knowledge, participants then lent their hands to a coral planting activity guided by a coral restoration expert. This initiative not only benefits the ocean, but also assists Roosterfish Beach Club in continuing their important conservation efforts!

The fun flowed with a variety of activities for all ages at the World Ocean Day celebration. Along with intriguing coral planting, there was marine-life-themed face painting and recycled toy-making for children – combining educational and environmental learning opportunities. What’s more, there were amazing performances by the Aquatic Dancers foam party, as well as a live DJ and saxophonist setting the vibe for this vibrant oceanic party.

Delighting guests during the World Ocean Day celebrations was Roosterfish Beach Club’s refreshing spread of seafood. With a large focus on sustainable practices and local community empowerment, 80% of the seafood at this must-visit Bali restaurant comes straight from local fishermen and is served in a delicious variety of dishes. Plus, families can also enjoy a Family Seaside Brunch with coral planting activities included every Sunday – don’t miss out on this delicious and fun way to give back to the ocean!
