Chef Vincent Nigita introduces “WILD by Vincent Nigita,” an exclusive dessert dining experience driven by a desire to personally bond with diners. This fresh concept at Kanvaz Patisserie takes dessert craftsmanship to a whole new level, showcasing exceptional Indonesian ingredients and products in beautifully plated desserts.

With an extensive culinary background gained through Michelin-recognised French chefs, Chef Nigita takes on the ‘from the wild to the plate’ concept through WILD. It’s a heartfelt tribute to the world of revered raw ingredients and the deep connection between the earth and the culinary artist.

Chef Nigita creates an interactive experience that blends patisserie and nature, celebrating local ingredients, artisanal passion, and French culinary excellence. The exquisite experience unfolds in three essential steps: the exploration of Indonesia’s culinary treasures, Chef Nigita’s creative process leading to an artful dessert presentation, and a sensory tasting.

Chef Nigita’s creations combine French craftsmanship with Indonesian ingredients, paying homage to his roots and bringing an exquisite fusion of cultures and continents to each dessert masterpiece.

Every Friday and Saturday afternoon from 3 pm to 6 pm, guests are invited to the Tea Room Restaurant at Kanvaz Resort Seminyak, Bali, to indulge in Chef Nigita’s delectable presentations. Chef Nigita will personally visit your table, adding the finishing touches to your dish right before your eyes!

You can enjoy the WILD by Vincent Nigita experience for IDR 350,000 per person, which includes drink pairings.
