The flavour mastermind behind Ape Club is Mexican National Chef Mauricio Barreto. He has honed his skills in presenting various dishes, from South American-inspired meals to international classics. His stellar resume includes being an executive chef at notable establishments, like Boy’N’Cow Group, Monty’s Steak House in L.A., U.S.A., and Hotel Azulik in Tulum, Mexico.
This time, he’s on a mission to create comforting and innovative flavours that will take you on a blissful culinary journey. Don’t forget to complement your meals with Ape Club’s lineup of original beers – Nusa Blonde, Bored Hazy, ULU IPA, and Sunset Ale. And there are four more sets coming your way before the end of 2023!
Additionally, all beers are produced in Ape Club’s brewery in Mengwi, Bali, alongside funky cocktails, imported wines, and surprising Ape signature drinks!
