Coming all the way from Sydney, Australia, Mark La Brooy – the co-owner chef of Three Blue Ducks – teams up with W Bali’s Director of Culinary, Norberto Palacios, to bring out a sensational dining experience at Starfish Bloo at W Bali – Seminyak. Each plate will present tantalising creations and a unique story to explore!
Mark La Brooy is the Chef and Co-Owner of the renowned Australian restaurant, Three Blue Ducks, whose mission has been to deliver a more sustainable and ethical approach to Australian dining since 2010.
The special event will kick off on Friday, 30 June 2023, at 5.30 pm, with two-hour free-flow sunset cocktails and canapés hosted by the legendary Chef Mark La Brooy and Chef Norberto. As the sun sets before your eyes, both chefs will explain the upcoming dinner and special Sunday brunch.
On the next day, 1 July 2023, both chefs will present their globetrotting adventures-inspired menu during a special dinner starting at 6 pm – all served with a sustainable approach in mind!
Expect an extraordinary spread of flavours that will tingle your taste buds and ignite your senses during the culinary experience! From freshly-caught seafood to hand-picked vegetables, every dish will shine with the vibrant flavours of Bali. And the chefs will infuse these delectable ingredients with the finest local spices.
The flavorful journey will reach its finale with an exclusive Sunday brunch on 2 July 2023. From 12 pm to 3.30 pm, Chef Mark will take centre stage to delight guests with a live cooking performance and present dishes crafted from the freshest ingredients.
The unset cocktails and canapes offering is available at IDR 500,000++.
The dinner is priced at IDR 900,000++ per person for food and non-alcohol packages and an additional IDR 600,000++ for alcoholic beverages.
The limited edition Sunday brunch is priced at IDR 850,000++ per person for the food and non-alcohol package, IDR 1,620,000++ for the food and alcohol package, and IDR 2,550,000++ for the food and champagne package.
