“The Wondrous Seventeen”, an Epicurian Journey to Celebrate 17th Anniversary of Hanging Gardens

Celebrating 17th anniversary and introducing Elevate Bali by Hanging Gardens Munduk, Hanging Gardens International is preparing a wonderful 17 days of epicurean journey; The Wondrous Seventeen.

indulge in delicacies which will be savoured over 170 minutes; the dinner sets a unique unparalleled memoir and engage to an everlasting once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Starting from September 1st until 18th, 2022, the culinary team which is led by the corporate executive chef, Ridwan Hakim—teamed up by the 2-Michelin Starred chefs, Florian Neubauer and also Josef Sukuf from After Seven Restaurant in Zurich, Switzerland—will get together and be going extra miles to spoil everyone with extra palates.

Open to everyone, the event will take place at Hanging Garden of Bali and Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa from 7 pm until 9.30 pm per person while 7-course degustation will be available for lunch start from 1 pm until 3.30 pm.

The three chefs have curated a degustation of 7-course feast which showcases the perfect balance of savoury teased with sweet and swirls with the unexpected, it challenges your taste buds and excites you to see what’s coming next. By using seasonal, local and specifically sourced produce and incorporating flavours starting from amuse bouche until petit fours, the aim is to take you on an unforgettable once in a lifetime experience.

Getting to know closer about the ‘guest star’; Chef Florian Neubauer, the visionary chef has been recognized as 2-starred Michelin Chef in his early 30s. During this upcoming season, he will travel from Zermatt, Switzerland to the other side of the world, to be exclusively joining the big day of Hanging Gardens International, in the exciting Epicurian Journey.
