The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud Bali is bringing the exclusive bar collaboration event, “From the Coast to Ubud,” in partnership with Agus Sastrawan, the Head Mixologist at Canna Bali. This event is scheduled on 18 November 2023 at the Lobby Bar, from 6 pm to 10 pm.
“From the Coast to Ubud” will take guests into a journey of sustainability and craftsmanship, as two of Bali’s renowned establishments team up to highlight eco-friendly mixology and craft exquisite cocktails with zero waste.
This collaboration embodies The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud‘s core value of sustainability. As a responsible hospitality brand situated near Ubud Central, the resort aims to showcase eco-friendliness and zero-waste practices to protect the environment.
Agus Sastrawan, Head Mixologist at Canna Bali, will showcase his creative expertise in mixology that incorporates sustainable practices. Then, guests can sip the innovative cocktail creations in this special event.
“Our goal is to showcase the art of mixology while emphasizing sustainability. We want to raise awareness about the importance of minimizing waste in the beverage industry and promote a more eco-conscious approach to crafting exceptional cocktails,” said Yudana, Food & Beverage Manager of The Westin Ubud Resort & Spa Ubud Bali.
The event’s main highlights include six exclusive cocktail menus, priced at 180,000++ for two glasses.
