The five-star luxury resort, The Westin Nusa Dua enters the second quarter of 2023 with Ng Choi Choi leading the resort’s sales and marketing team, expanding the resort’s continued success with her extensive experience in the service-oriented industry.
As the newly-appointed Director of Sales & Marketing, Ng Choi Choi is bringing more than 20 years of experience focusing on Sales & Marketing in the hospitality field. Throughout her career journey, Choi Choi has earned acknowledgement as an inspiring leader with strategic thinking quality and expertise in exceeding set targets.
Her true capabilities shine through in her achievements, as she grows Westin Nusa Dua Bali’s market share, as well as nurturing valuable relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Choi Choi started her professional career upon completing an award from KDU & International Hotel Management Institute Lucerne Switzerland. This led her to embark on a journey as a hotelier at renowned hotels in Medan, North Sumatra.
From becoming a Banquet Sales Executive to a Sales Manager – Corporate Segment, MICE & Membership, Choi Choi swiftly progressed her career with JW Marriott Medan as a Sales Manager – Corporate Segment. It took less than a year for her to be promoted to Senior Sales Manager position in 2011, proving her excellence and determination, followed by her appointment as the Assistant Director of Sales of JW Marriott, Medan, just a year later.
Her career highlights include the groundbreaking success she achieved when leading the Sales team of JW Marriott Medan, resulting in another milestone as the Director of Sales of the hotel. Following her marvellous accomplishments in Medan, Choi Choi expands her journey to Bali by joining Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort as the Director of Sales – which brought her to the Market Excellence Award and a promotion to the Director of Sales and Marketing position.
Under her wings, the Sales team of Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort managed to receive one of the most inspiring awards, Team of The Year Award 2023. Choi Choi is set to further her success story and create even greater achievements with the Sales and Marketing team of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali.
