The cave by Chef Ryan Clift is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Michelin chef and restaurateur, Chef Christophe Leroy from Lerouy Restaurant Singapore.

Together Chef Tay Chan Yong the head Chef of The Cave and Chef Leroy will serve the 7-course subterranean menu. Meet the inspiring and talented head Chef of The cave by Chef Ryan Clift, Chef Tay Chan Yong Chef Christophe Lerouy on March 5th and 6th, 2023.
Guests are invited to sample the richness of her decadent subterranean menu at The cave by Chef Ryan Clift. Dining at The cave Bali by Chef Ryan Clift is an epicurean journey with an immersive projector show during the dining experience and also the award-winning culinary team.


The cave was discovered, conserved, and turned into a modern fine-dining restaurant in an artistic collaboration with Ushers Beyond Design (UBD), the award-winning Bali-based interior design team that transformed this historical cave into a breathtaking venue.

It offers three sittings a day. One at lunch and two at dinner. It’s not advised to bring children as it is definitely a venue more suited to adults. If you do bring children you need to take the lunchtime sitting.
