The Avocado Factory has a new home in Canggu and a new dinner menu to boot

The bustling centre of Canggu is ever changing – so it will come as no surprise that one beloved eatery, The Avocado Factory, has sprouted a new location just around the corner. More than just a cafe, this thriving venue is a complete lifestyle destination!

A plate of food with radishes and avocado from The Avocado Factory on it.

Their new and exciting space caters perfectly to their growing community of avocado enthusiasts, representing their love of all things avocado and sustainability. Now, with their expanded kitchen, bar, lounge area and retail space, it promises for an even more pleasurable dining experience.

Their all day breakfast menu still features the same delicious avocado-based dishes that we all know and love, including their popular toast dishes, smoothie bowls, salads and much more. Everything is sustainably made and locally sourced, meaning that every meal at The Avocado Factory is environmentally friendly.

You can also enjoy their delicious avocado-based cuisine at night, with a brand new dinner menu which perfectly compliments their new and sophisticated dining space. We particularly enjoyed the Hamachi Crudo, Australian Grain Fed Striploin O’Connors, Pan Seared Tuna Steak and Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank. Keeping its kitchen doors open until 10:30pm, The Avocado Factory is not just a foodie destination, it’s an ideal spot to sip and savour some delicious evening cocktails too!

The Avocado Factory is committed to reducing their environmental impact throughout the whole venue. They minimise waste and use eco-friendly materials wherever possible, and the new restaurant has been specifically designed with the environment in mind. There is a rainwater collection system in place, as well as a filtration system harnessing reverse osmosis, as well as 3000kgs of recycled GreenBlocks plastic being used to create tables, tiles and furniture. In fact, the Avocado Factory has been responsible for contributing to the removal of 27 tonnes of carbon from landfill – a truly guac-tastic achievement!

So the next time you are in Canggu, be sure to swing by The Avocado Factory and check out a sustainable (and delicious) business that truly cares for our planet!
