The Apurva Kempinski announced the launch of its new four-course sustainable menu, “Locaflair,” at Koral Restaurant. As the resort is committed to fostering a sustainable future, this newly-launched menu sets the stage for a groundbreaking initiative, providing a delicious yet responsible dining experience.

Locaflair presents garden-to-table goodness, putting hand-picked ingredients from Kempinski’s hydroponic garden in the limelight to create flavours of the season. Koral’s skilled chefs showcase culinary creativity through meticulously curated dishes – blending natural flavours and textures of the freshest ingredients with environmental consciousness.
All ingredients used are sourced from local suppliers, fishermen, and artisans. This directly supports the growth of local economies and reduces transport emissions. Moreover, The Apurva Kempinski Bali ensures that guests can enjoy seafood delicacies without compromising environmental integrity through partnerships with suppliers applying sustainable fishing practices.

Additionally, Kempinski takes its commitment to sustainability a step further by implementing a range of waste management strategies to address food waste concerns. Through precise portion control, creative ingredients repurposing techniques, comprehensive composting, and a recycling program, the resort aims to create a positive impact while delivering an exquisite feast!
