This April, Six Senses Uluwatu invites you to explore sustainable gastronomy through their ‘Gastronomy Journey’, featuring hands-on cooking sessions, chef’s table dinners, and visits to local farms.

Are you interested in learning more about how hotels support sustainable practices throughout their food and beverage establishments? This April you can dive deeper into sustainable gastronomy with Six Senses Uluwatu’s ‘Gastronomy Journey’. The event celebrates the creative sustainability practices of the Six Senses Uluwatu’s chefs, which includes hands-on cooking sessions, exclusive chef’s table dinners and visits to sustainable farms.

Some of the events that will take place as part of ‘Gastronomy Journey’ include:

The new face of Watu Steak house: Executive Chef Indra and Director of Food & Beverage, Ignacio Moreno will unveil an exquisite array of dishes sourced from the Jimbaran Fish Markets and farms of Bedugul in Bali.

Mother’s Day Brunch – Sunday, May 14th, 2024: Why not honour the special women in your life with brunch at Rocka from 12:30-3:30pm. The free flow brunch will feature plenty of dishes to choose from, as well as free flow sparkling wine and live entertainment from IDR1,250,000++. Mother’s will receive a special discount!

Father’s Day Brunch – Sunday, June 16th, 2024: Pay tribute to fathers with an exclusive Father’s Day brunch at Rocka from 12:30-3:30pm. You can feast on tasty dishes by the Six Senses Uluwatu team, sip on free flow sparkling wine, enjoy live music and father’s will also receive a special discount! Prices start at IDR1,250,000++.
