Starting in February, Starfish Bloo at W Bali offers an exclusive organic menu with a local touch, featuring seafood freshly caught from the Indian Ocean, handpicked vegetables from the garden, and rice harvested from the green paddy fields nearby.
The oceanfront venue lies its focus on zero-waste dishes when it comes to technique and food presentation. Starfish Bloo’s specialty even includes a pumpkin dish that is carefully prepared from skin to seed – not one bit of waste!
When dining at Starfish Bloo you can’t miss the flavourful appetizers such as beetroot tortellini and soft shell crab.
