An exciting news for all Ramen lovers has arrived! The super-successful authentic Japanese noodle house, Shofuku Ramen Bar is now open in Berawa, Canggu after its phenomenal first outlet in Denpasar. This fresh new outlet is located precisely at Jl. Pantai Berawa No. 27, opens from 11 am to 11 pm.
Very well-known for their Chicken Ramen with the 8-hour cooked broth, the second outlet also offers lots of ramen selections that are created by using carefully selected ingredients—that are 100% sourced locally.

Try Fire Miso Ramen, a bowl of hot thick chicken broth blended in miso and chili paste, and (of course) that includes freshly made noodles that will satisfy even the most discerning palate. For beef broth fans, there is this mouth-watering Beef Shoyu Ramen and Gyu Truffle Dry Ramen, or go for the special new addition to the menu, Gyukotsu Ramen which is predicted to become the top favorite dish.
For those who prefer to stay classic than going with some trendy dishes, Shofuku Ramen serves options like Tori Paitan Ramen and Assari Shio Ramen. Meanwhile, there is also option for vegans as they also serve plant-based Mushroom Miso Soup, a bowl of ramen topped with tofu, mushrooms and greens.
Don’t worry of getting lost in the all-ramen menu, because the place also offers other Japanese delicacies such as Soy Butter Steak—a super juicy steak complemented with potato salad which results a whole perfectly-balanced flavor, Chicken Karaage Nanban, Saikoro Beef Steak, and assorted Bento and Rice Bowls (Donburi).
As there is always room for dessert, the ramen house also provides sweet variety, including Biscoff Cheesecake Brulee—which has been a hit for its creamy texture.
