Chef Nico displays an Indonesian traditional touch over some of his creations – including the Klepon Cake, a coconut and palm sugar dessert shaped like bamboo that grows around the resort, and the Kintamani Bali Coffee Chocolate Bon Bon highlighting the taste of coffee from the Kintamani area.

Guests can also try the savoury menu, such as Baked Nachos, Quiche Lorraine, and Classic Bruschetta. If you’re looking for a lighter offering, you may try a variety of homemade cookies with a hot latte pairing.

And there’s more!

Payangan Lounge also serves hand-crafted cocktails, blending herbs and locally sourced ingredients. Just start a conversation with the bartender to explore the liquor options. One of the signature drinks is The Payangan, which uses arak bumbung as its base, mixed with homemade cinnamon syrup and angostura bitters….a must-try!

If you decide to stay longer, you can also indulge in a selection of shisha to enhance the nighttime experience at Payangan Lounge.

Don’t miss the chance to treat yourself and your loved ones to sweet delights in Ubud!
