Born in Malaysia and grew up in Singapore, Chef Pang has 20 years of experience in the pastry scene. Before coming to Padma Resort Legian, his culinary career highlights include a 9-year stint at a renowned Michelin-starred restaurant at Marina Bay Sands, where he developed a distinct style to present his original crafts.
His creations include the artsy Double Cheesecake, resembling a block of cheese, and a deconstructed Black Forest Cake in the shape of a mushroom. With a unique mix of shapes, vibrant colours, and delectable flavours, Chef Pang’s unrivalled culinary presentations are something to seek after!

Chef Pang’s impressive background has led him to numerous accolades, including becoming the 1st runner-up in the annual Singapore Bakery & Confectionary Championship and taking home the gold medal at the Asian Gelato Cup. Also, he gained recognition as the “Best Mentor” from Sunrise Academy in Singapore and the “Best Pastry Chef in Indonesia 2015.”
