Padma Resort Ubud is Bringing Mediterranean Cuisine to the Jungle!

Enjoying authentic Mediterranean cuisine while being surrounded by Ubud’s incomparable atmosphere and jungle is truly an extraordinary experience.

Padma Resort Ubud Mediterranean Menu

Nothing can beat Ubud’s breathtaking green scenery as the backdrop to the pretty table setting that showcases the new dining experience at The Pool Café & Bar, Padma Resort Ubud.

From the hand of Theodora Hurustiati (Chef Dora) who has spent 18 years of her career assembling Mediterranean ingredients, Padma Resort Ubud presents a wonderful series of menu items at The Pool Café & Bar. We were invited to ‘travel’ across the Mediterranean countries mainly Italy, Spain, Greece and France through signature dishes like Sourdough Italian pizza, Zuppa Fredda di Pomodoro, Italian-styled Tomato Gazpacho, Greek Halloumi cheese wrap and Chicken breast with Spanish Romesco, while dining under the stars.
