Enjoying authentic Mediterranean cuisine while being surrounded by Ubud’s incomparable atmosphere and jungle is truly an extraordinary experience.

Nothing can beat Ubud’s breathtaking green scenery as the backdrop to the pretty table setting that showcases the new dining experience at The Pool Café & Bar, Padma Resort Ubud.

From the hand of Theodora Hurustiati (Chef Dora) who has spent 18 years of her career assembling Mediterranean ingredients, Padma Resort Ubud presents a wonderful series of menu items at The Pool Café & Bar. We were invited to ‘travel’ across the Mediterranean countries mainly Italy, Spain, Greece and France through signature dishes like Sourdough Italian pizza, Zuppa Fredda di Pomodoro, Italian-styled Tomato Gazpacho, Greek Halloumi cheese wrap and Chicken breast with Spanish Romesco, while dining under the stars.

Now it’s your chance to experience the same, the new Mediterranean menu at Padma Resort Ubud, will be officially served starting on May 1st, 2022. You can also expect classic desserts on the menu, by Chef Nicolas, highlighting Spanish Churros and French’s classic, Crème Brulee.

All ingredients involved in this new menu feature a large variety of plant-based and minimally processed food rich in herbs and spices. Healthy, delicious and even pretty to look at!

Get yourself to Padma Ubud Resort from May 1st, 2022 to experience these delights for yourself.
