The new menu features a range of dishes, taking guests on a harmonious culinary journey. For starters, the Waxing Crescent section will serve lighter and fresher dishes. Then the menu continues to The First Quarter with a variety of soups. Moving on to Waxing Gibbous, comfort food dishes prepare you to savour the mains, the signature dishes, from the Full Moon section. Finally, the New Moon section offers seasonal and locally-sourced produce-focused dishes.
Moonlite Kitchen & Bar’s signature dishes feature the Balinese Crispy Duck, Bali Baby Pork Ribs, Pomelo and Seafood Salad, Jackfruit Rendang, Bebek Mesantan, Ayam Mekalas Ala Chef Nyoman, Coral Reef Red Snapper Fillet, Pulung Pulung Ubi, and Vanilla Pannacotta. The restaurant also offers signature cocktails like Black Snow, Black Mamba, Black Rosca, and Black Island.
