Lion X restaurant is calling out for bold flavour enthusiasts and dim sum lovers to gather over Cantonese and Szechuan specialty dishes at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort.
Lion X, the newest addition to Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort’s sophisticated culinary experience, is now serving the all-time favourite – Chinese cuisine. Drawing inspiration from the lion dancing culture that originated from the late Han Dynasty (206 BC-220 AD), Lion X depicts the lion’s anatomy that casts away the bad spirits and the dance that symbolizes luck and fortune.
Lion X embarks on a modern style of Chinese cooking, headed by a Chinese Chef, Alex Kuan. The restaurant specializes in a la carte menus and is open for lunch and dinner. It’s a great venue that is suitable for celebrations and friendly gatherings.
As guests reach the restaurant, they will see a stylish Chinese lounge near the main door area. Meanwhile, further into the dining area, Lion X flaunts art pieces and a contemporary interior design dominated by green and red colours, symbolizing good luck and wealth. The dining venue also offers a private dining room and outdoor dining area.
Cantonese is one of the most influential Chinese foods with a milder taste, while the Szechuan dish is known for its spicy and bold flavours. Lion X menus feature Chef Alex Kuan’s signature dishes that give you the balance of both styles, such as Signature 8 Treasure Flamed Chicken, Flying Crispy Noodles with Seafood and Egg Gravy in Cantonese style, Braised Whole Australian “2 Head Abalone”.
This modern Chinese restaurant also serves Hong Kong Dim Sum selections and unique blends right from the bar, like Disco Dragon, Canton Tea Party, and Dragon Fist.
Combining the finest Cantonese and Szechuan dishes, artsy design, and rich culture, Lion X is a perfect venue for a sophisticated dining experience.
