Bali is the right place to take a pause for a little while, putting more attention one yourself, to return fresh to your daily activities. The Westin Resort Nusa Dua is offering their newest wellness program; Eat. Pray. Spa. that focuses on holistic rejuvenation of well-being.

The treatment starts with a 90-minute full-body massage that includes face and body massage, hands cleansing ritual and sound bath meditation. The special and most important part of the Eat. Pray. Spa experience is that you will also take part in a Melukat ritual—one of Bali’s magical rituals which involves using water as a ritual cleanser.

The aim of Melukat itself is to cleanse both body and mind, to refresh the spirit and dissolve away any negative influences.
