The former President of the Republic of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono; the former Minister of Maritime Affairs, Susi Pudjiastuti; the former Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Jusuf Kalla; and the United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, are some of the distinguished individuals who have had savored Chef Mitsu’s creations.
In addition, Chef Mitsu enriched his culinary journey by working in various renowned establishments, including Domani Tokyo, Hotel Claska Tokyo, Tirtha Bridal-Bali, The Chedi Sakala-Bali, and Hoshinoya Bali. This unique experience sharpened his cooking skills and deepened his expertise in creating exceptional dining moments.
