Grand Hyatt Bali is thrilled to announce the appointment of Devendra Datt as the resort’s new Chef Indian Specialist. With fifteen years of culinary expertise, Chef Devendra will bring a fresh perspective and elevate the culinary offerings at Grand Hyatt Bali with a revamped menu that pays homage to India’s rich traditions.
