The award-winning restaurant presents a captivating Sunday brunch ritual, where myths and fairytales fuse with the island’s rich flavours and finest local ingredients – all grilled with fire.
Launched on 7 May 2023, the exquisite Sunday brunch at FIRE at W Bali is served regularly on the first Sunday of each month, starting from 12 pm to 3.30 pm.
Presenting a unique take on the Balinese culture – featuring a story of Kecak dance – the first edition of the brunch ritual highlights authentic local flavours with a contemporary touch. Using Balinese spices, high-quality meat, freshly-caught seafood, and coconut husk, the restaurant is bringing out aromatic flavours that tingle your tastebuds and indulge you in elevated culture-themed dining.
Guests will follow through a step-by-step culinary journey with the specially designed menu – a discovery of top-notch mouthwatering dishes! Served in a la carte with wine or cocktail pairing, the brunch experience will start with freshly baked goods, and continued to salmon carpaccio, kaffir lime curing local tuna, and foie gras for some warming up.
Grilled offerings will be presented on your table, with tempting options including fresh lobster, octopus, and calamari. For the condiments, you can pick from salsa verde, lemon garlic butter, and chimichurri.
For the main, get ready to witness the signature Tomahawk and spicy chorizo sausage grilled by your table! As the journey comes to an end, a selection of Artisan cheese with condiments and a variety of rolling sweets will wrap the mythical brunch.
The package is priced at IDR 950,000++ for the food and non-alcohol package, IDR 1,450,000++ for the cocktails play package, and IDR 2,400,000++ for the premium wine and champagne package.
