Recognised Australian photographer Robert Rosen presents the ‘Colour My World’ exhibition which is running from the 13th July to the 30th September 2024. For this meaningful occasion, the Oberoi Beach Resort in Seminyak, Bali, has offered to generously sponsor and host this important charity event.

At this exclusive art exhibition, Rosen will showcase a stunning collection of original portraits, capturing iconic figures in highly coloured, evocative imagery, with all available to purchase. Most importantly, the event serves as a philanthropic endeavour to benefit the Bali Children Foundation (BCF).

BCF helps underprivileged children from impoverished families in Indonesia by providing them with essential educational opportunities. All proceeds from the ‘Colour My World’ exhibition will directly go to the BCF Scholarship program, specifically the Robert Rosen Arts Foundation. This program grants university funds to talented students in Bali to achieve their educational dreams.

The BCF scholarship program has been an impactful initiative. Past scholarship recipient, Ariawan, flourished in his architecture studies thanks to the funding scheme. By having exhibitions every 2 to 3 years, the program continues to offer life-changing opportunities for deserving students to shape their future.

The exhibition features portraits of legendary figures, including Mick Jagger, Grace Jones, Tina Turner, Keith Richards, David Bowie, Boy George and Bruce Springsteen. What’s more, there will be a special display by Indonesian photographer Yohanes Johan, titled ‘People of the Archipelago,’ which offers a closer look into the daily life of people in his hometown of Flores.

Witness the power of photography for social causes, and be part of making a difference in the future of Bali’s youth. Don’t miss this exciting and worthwhile event!
