For a while there we were worried we might not see the return of the extravagant Sunday Brunches in Bali, but rest assured they are still happening and just as fabulous as ever… we even went and tested them all out for you (tough gig we know!), so we can give you our tick of approval when it comes to health protocols in this new era.

Sawah Terrace at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve


Sawah Terrace Sunday Brunch featuring the finest local delicacies is prepared under the helm of Executive Chef Bayu Retno Timur. Serving the all-day-dining every Sunday starts at 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
The culinary team prepares live stations in the buffet such as Tuna Gohu (Ternate’s ceviche), Sop Buntut (Oxtail soup), Nasi Campur (Indonesian rice bowls with condiment), Babi Guling (Balinese suckling pig), Beef Konro (Makassar’s slow roasted beef striploin), BBQ Jimbaran-style and local desserts, along with pass-around delicacies.

This lavish and elegant Sunday Brunch at the St. Regis Bali Resort will tantalize your taste buds with a beyond-expectation gastronomic indulgence. Dining takes place indoors in the exquisite Kayuputih Restaurant, air-conditioned comfort, with an ocean view. The brunch is served a la carte and all-you-can-eat style, which we loved!
From the comfort of your table, you are delivered dishes from the starter menu, you can order from the vast table menu as much as you like, and you are also treated to the chef’s mobile stations coming to your table as well. You can indulge in prime meat selections, fresh catches of the day, decadent desserts and so much more!
This brunch showcases both Kayuputi’s Pan-Asian-inspired haute cuisine and the renowned signature dishes from Boneka restaurant. All dishes are handcrafted and prepared a la minute by Executive Chef Agung Gede & his culinary team.
