From the moment you arrive at this stunning restaurant, the elegance of the venue sets the scene for fine dining, luxury experience. With no detail left out, every aspect of Apéritif ooze class and elegance, from the décor to the staff uniforms.
With a colonial theme, you could be mistaken that you have stepped right back to the Roaring Twenties era when entering the restaurant. There are not a lot of venues in Bali you can wear your best dress and heels, but Apéritif is one of them!

Apéritif Restaurant and Bar Bali is led by Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken. With over 20 years of experience, his aim in leading Apéritif is to ensure every guest has a memorable experience at the restaurant.
When asked about the cuisine at Aperitif, Chef Nic describes it as ‘Eclectic global cuisine that traverses the Indonesian archipelago’.
Each of the degustation menus can be taken as 6 or 8 courses, with all dietary requirements able to be catered to. Once you set in for your degustation, be prepared to be wowed!
Every element of every dish, and every combination and twist, has been carefully chosen by the Apéritif team to make sure each bite you take is a taste sensation. Every course is carefully plated like a piece of sculpted art. We could go into deep details on each of the dishes we have tried from these menus, but instead, trust us when we say, if you are serious about your foodie experiences – experiencing a degustation menu at Apéritif must absolutely be on your Bali bucket list.

Wines and Cocktails Perfectly Paired With Your Menu
The wine cellar at Apéritif is home to one of the largest sections of wines in Bali. With a selection of Old and New World wines and vintages as far back as 1855, there is something in the cellar for everyone. Degustation menus can also be paired with wine for the ultimate Aperitif experience.
Restaurant Manager & Head Sommelier I Made Yudiana will guide you through the pairings to match your degustation experience.
Adjoining the stunning dining room at Apéritif is their classic cocktail bar. Adorned with some serious art and artifacts, brown leather chairs, a large pool table and one of Bali’s best stocked bars, the bar is the perfect spot for a pre and post dinner drink.
Even if you’re not dining you can come and enjoy drinks in the bar from 4pm each day, they even have their own bar menu.
The signature creations led by Head Mixologist Panji Wisrawan, will keep you not only well hydrated but well entertained. Panji and his team certainly know their way around the bar and will create you the finest selection of crafted cocktails.
This is also the perfect spot to settle in and watch the sunset over the Ubud jungle.
