The wine cellar at Apéritif is home to one of the largest sections of wines in Bali. With a selection of Old and New World wines and vintages as far back as 1855, there is something in the cellar for everyone. Degustation menus can also be paired with wine for the ultimate Aperitif experience.

Adjoining the stunning dining room at Apéritif is their classic cocktail bar. Adorned with some serious art and artifacts, brown leather chairs, a large pool table and one of Bali’s best stocked bars, the bar is the perfect spot for a pre and post dinner drink.
Even if you’re not dining you can come and enjoy drinks in the bar from 4pm each day, they even have their own bar menu.
The signature creations led by Head Mixologist Panji Wisrawan, will keep you not only well hydrated but well entertained. Panji and his team certainly know their way around the bar and will create you the finest selection of crafted cocktails.
This is also the perfect spot to settle in and watch the sunset over the Ubud jungle.
