A newly appointed Managing Director, Hervé Mazella is now ready to rock both Hyatt resorts in Sanur, Andaz Bali and Hyatt Regency with his amazing career experiences.

Both Hyatt resorts, Andaz Bali and Hyatt Regency in Sanur announced the newly appointed Managing Director, Hervé Mazella, overseeing the operations across properties – including 512 rooms, seven restaurants, and nine meeting rooms.
Hervé was born into a hospitality family in southeastern French. Upon completion of Hospitality Management studies at École Hôtelière et de Tourisme Paul Augier in Nice, Hervé started his hotelier career at the front desk, continued to F&B, event sales, event and hotel operations, and management roles in France, UK, and Egypt.
In 2012, Hervé joined Grand Hyatt Hong Kong as F&B Executive Assistant Manager. Just in three years, he climbed to the Hotel Manager position. Herve was then General Manager of Park Hyatt Tokyo from 2016 to 2022, until he started a new journey with Andaz Bali and Hyatt Regency Bali.
Hervé Mazella’s career highlights include the organizing of the Pritzker Architecture Prize event at Tokyo’s Akasaka Palace alongside the Park Hyatt Tokyo team. Outside his hotelier life, Hervé enjoys scuba diving, gardening, and cooking for his family. He was also trained as a pastry chef!
Hervé is looking forward to furthering his experience and building on the legacy of Hyatt Regency Bali which will soon celebrate its 50th anniversary, and continuing the success of Andaz Bali.
