Four Seasons Jimbaran is a mammoth property with plenty of food and beverage outlets. Telu offers an alternative to your usual hotel bar. Telu celebrates modern mixology, and connects to Bali’s cultural heritage and nature through innovative use of Balinese flavours, ingredients and even art.
They use ingredients from the resort’s very own herb garden to make zero-waste, sustainable cocktails. They even brew their very own Arak- Balinese rice wine which they expertly craft into unique cocktails. The vibe is colonial, infused with plenty of Indonesian accents. We love the alfresco vibe they have created without losing out on the intimacy of a regular speakeasy style bar.
